About Me

With more than 20 years in senior management and leadership development, and over 30 years of experience with horses, I bring together two worlds that at first may seem far apart — but in reality, deeply complement each other.

My professional journey includes working as a Senior HR Manager with international leaders and teams, guiding organizations through change, growth, culture and leadership challenges.

Parallel to this, I built decades of hands-on horse experience — from working with problematic horses and young horses, to teaching as a riding instructor for people with disabilities. As a Certified Equine-Assisted Coach, I bring this deep equine expertise into human development, creating a bridge between the wisdom of horses and the world of people.

This unique combination of expertise allows me to create a safe and powerful learning environment where equine wisdom meets human development. Horses mirror our authentic selves, reflecting patterns we often don't see on our own. In their presence, profound insights and breakthroughs naturally emerge.

My mission is to foster deeper understanding and connection — between humans, and between humans and horses. My approach integrates extensive business expertise, coaching skills, and profound horse knowledge, offering transformative experiences that touch both heart and mind.
