I work mostly with business leaders and their teams. Through my years of experience in various business management roles, it became crystal clear that the focus on mindset is the key contributor in making teams and organisations stand out. The biggest untapped potential in a company is the state of mind of its people.

Leaders are drawn to my simple, pragmatic and tailor-made approach of bringing the power of mindset to the business world. And getting desired results in a wiser way. I worked with 80+ leaders, from Vice Presidents, Directors to Managers, and their leadership teams, in more than 12 countries, from South Africa to the Netherlands. Their total organization scope varies from 2500 to 20 employees.

What these leaders have in common is that they strongly believe that their people are their most important asset and they are driven to get results. They are willing to look at other areas than regular companies to make a clear difference, while increasing people’s learning and growth.

  • I love to bring in my horses for learning as this accelerates the process and creates a remarkable experience. In 2010 I completed my education as a professional horse coach in the USA. 

Collaboration with horses

By nature, horses possess unique characteristics that make them a very efficient and neutral coach. Being a herd animal, a horse is naturally seeking for authentic leadership, clarity and direction. Involving a horse for learning means that there is an active experience in which the person gets feedback on his behavior through the reaction of the horse. Both on an individual and team level.

Learning with a horse involved means also that you can immediately experiment with the new behavior and insight. We only work from the ground, so no riding involved.
